Incorporated in January 1992 with the objective of satisfying thoroughly and efficiently the international investment needs of our customers, Monex Securities, Inc. has searched to expand its products and clientele through personal investment advice, managing risks in a professional fashion supported by a capable and motivated team of experts.

Monex Securities Inc. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Monex Casa de Bolsa, S.A. de C.V., which in turn is part of Monex Grupo Financiero, a leading financial group in Mexico.

Organized as a broker dealer under the Laws of the United States of America, Monex Securities Inc. is regulated by the corresponding US authorities.

Monex Securities Inc. is a member of the FINRA (The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Before NASD) and is registered before the SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission). In addition, it is a member of SIPC (Securities Investor Protection Corporation).
